When will the app be available to download on Apple and Google Play?
 

BodyFrame is currently under development and will be launching soon!  Please pre-sign up to stay up-to-date on development as we move closer to launch.
 

How much does BodyFrame cost?
 

BodyFrame offers a free 14-day trail and then is $39.99 per month with unlimited access, no client cap, and always free for clients.

Does BodyFrame require a long-term commitment or contract?

There is no long-term contracts to use the BodyFrame app. Pay month-to-month for unlimited access.
 

Can I make money with the BodyFrame app?

Yes! Every trainer you refer to the BodyFrame app you earn 20% per month from every referral as long as their account remains active.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your BodyFrame account please see Settings within the mobile app and tap on Cancel Account.

How do I bill my clients through BodyFrame?

Billing new clients is simple with BodyFrame.  Within our app tap on Invite New Client.  From this screen you will be able to enter in the amount per session or per month.  Once you send the invite to your client, they can pay directly within the BodyFrame app.

Is BodyFrame available in other languages?

BodyFrame is currently only available in English.  We have future plans to expand into other countries and languages.

How do I update/change my password?

To change/update your password please see Settings within the mobile app and tap on Password.  From the password screen you can update/change your password.

How do I communicate with my clients?

BodyFrame allows you to directly message all of your clients within our mobile app. 

How do I connect my bank account and receive payment from my clients?

You can connect your bank account to receive client payments within your Wallet under settings of the BodyFrame app.  Within your Wallet you can add/update your bank account and request payment from your Wallet directly to your bank account. Payment requests take 3-5 business days to process.
